What to include in a first message

To get you a useful answer quickly, it helps if you can share:

  • The service you are interested in (managed CSOC, firewall audit, identity, etc.)
  • Your organisation, industry and approximate footprint
  • The regulator(s) you report to, if relevant
  • A point of contact and preferred channel for response

We treat first‑contact information with the same discretion we apply to client engagements. If you would prefer to sign a mutual NDA before any substantive discussion, simply say so in your first message and we will route accordingly.
